OPNION - Underwater Light and Speaker Ring color

I am finishing up placing my order for'15 SAN230. Boat is WHITE w/ Jet Black Metal Flake Accent. I chose the Faux Teak Non-Skid for the flooring.

I am torn on the decision on the Underwater Lights and LED Speaker Rings Light color (Blue or White)

Please feel free to share OPINION &/or Pictures

Excited about the new SAN. I shed a tear as the '08 TIGE RZ2 was pulled away from my driveway yesterday.

I just purchased 2015 G25 and went with Blue light rings on black Wetsounds Rev 8 speakers. Its awesome and looks incredible at night.

We also got the underwater lights which are much brighter now (5000 lumen) and come standard white. I think you can put on some after market lens covers for cheap if you want to change the color of underwater lights. I suspect that white would give the best look and visibility though.

If you can also get the interior lighting package, its really great as well for nighttime boating and hanging out. Lighting all over boat, upholders, and in all the storage lockers which makes a really nice touch.

yeah I agree with PP, the white lights show up better underwater especially lake water.

        Linc- i would do neither.

Blue is a hard color to penetrate the water well, white light just show murky brown water. Ive been thru a lot of underwater LEDs.

Green penetrates really well and makes the water look like you wanna be in it. I know you said blue or white, my 2 cents.

In this thread, page3 last post.... you can see what my 5k lumen greens look like next to red and blue. Good luck and post up some pics of your build sheet!

I have an all black G23 and regret the white LED's. The just look like regular cold lighting and do nothing to enhance the "cool" of the boat. Blue or Green look cool. 10 minutes ago I would have chosen Blue, but after viewing the above post and looking at the pics would strongly consider Green.

I have 2 Lumitec S3 blue UW lights and they show up really good!! Again the water clarity really makes a difference. Would not have clear no matter what.

I have white rings on my roswell neptunes, white cup holder rings, and white underwater lights. Looks amazing at night. White gives my G more of a classy feel. I think bright colors would look too after market, almost 'rice' like when referring to cars.

Hopefully the group here can straighten me out on this underwater light color debate. I just ordered a 2015 210 and ordered the underwater lights. Is there an option from the factory for different colors. My understanding was from the factory that you could only get white. Did I miss something in the ordering process. I ordered a black boat with a red stripe but the blue or green lights look better than just white.

Also is there an option for LED lights on the speakers or is this just after market.

                  Jeff

AFTER-MARKET on BOTH from my dealer BUXTON MARINE in the Dallas area
                    .

They actually offered RED,WHITE, or BLUE.

RED would look awesome with your olor scheme
