Guys, what do you figure this boat should sell for on the open market (i.e. not ebay)

Currently at $81.5K, auction ends at 11:20 EDT

I am not quite in the market but am planning and if an awesome opportunity comes my way I might strike. I have seen G23's at about 100K and recently an almost new G21 at 99K.
