G Series Ballast Hard or Soft?

Since pulling my hard tanks I have had sac's in my 210 for about 3 years now. They are pretty darn hard to puncture actually. And if they did, they don't rip out, I don't think. So I always figured they would just slowly leak down and with 2 bilge pumps I quit worrying about the bags whatsoever.

PS...Because there is a handful of reasons a boat can take on water I strongly suggest whether new or old boat to check that both bilge pumps work at least twice a year.
