Fair price 2013 210

I have a 2013 210 Sante with nss , loaded , 343 engine. Added additional piggy back ballast front and rear. 68 hours fresh water only. Excellent condition. Want to move fast.Bought new this year what is a fair price to list it for?

We paid $76k for our with 18 hours on it before the summer started. It has pretty much every option but heater, including piggy back minus the bow sac. To move fast I would say list it for $69-$72k. We are in Dallas market as well so very hot and seller friendly market.
