Cool that you updated. I hope this has been a labor of love...sucks to be chasing down "deals" only to find its not what it seems to be.
What is your surf set up as far as ballast goes?

It has been fun and we really have enjoyed it. The worst part is the trailer situation. Really bums me out.

Surf setup sucks so far. I ripped the hard tanks out with plans on putting 750s in the back, 550 in the belly and a sack up front. I had someone give me 3 550lb sacks. I busted two before I realized what was busting them. So I am down to 1 550 that sucks to fill up. I really want to plumb something in.

Would love to hear some video of it running in the water. Been thinking about a stainless y-pipe for my new-to-me '99 SS. At idle, WOT and maybe some throttle positions in-between. Would be great to hear it from inside the boat AND from shore...if ya could.

Please hold. I took a surfing and wake boarding video this weekend. Thats all I have at the moment. I can tell you, its louder than stock, but not enough to be annoying. Carrying on a conversation is fine. And I love the rumble at idle.
