Need engine compartment dividers 08 sante 230

I just purchased this boat an 08 sante 230 and didn't even realize there was supposed to be anything there until reading about upgrading my ballast. They are missing and i cannot find anywhere to purchase them. Any ideas are appreciated.

If you can get the pattern, I would just cut my own.

I would make nice with your local dealer...Those dividers are pretty big, and they have some notches to follow the contours of the engine hatch. Building your own is possible, but it's going to take a while, that and you need a lot of starboard to do it.

Never seen them for sale. On the 08' do they have the aluminium bracket at the top that supports the hatches and for the latches to connect to? If so it might be easier to try and get ahold of some than make your own, although it depends on the price. You have any pictures of what you are working with? Are the channels still there for the dividers to ride in? I wouldn't want to put anything in the lockers without something to keep things away from the engine.

Thanks for the replies. This is what I'm working with. Really cant figure out why the previous owner would remove them.

He probably removed for one reason or another and then traded in the boat and forgot to put them back in. Can you just contact dealer to call the prior owner? Maybe if someone leaves nearby you that has same boat then can loan you them to make a pattern.

Ahh that one. Its just a piece of plastic with a bunch of notches in it that is held to those aluminum brackets, in the foreground I can make out one of the big hand knobs that would have held it in place. If you can't scare up the originals or some to copy you can probably template it pretty easy with some cardboard then cut some starboard or other suitable material to fit. Probably cost a couple hundred bucks for the material though, if you use starboard if you can find the stock sheets in a size the fits it could save you a bit.

Thanks again for the replies. I had contacted the previous owner and the had no idea where they could be but kept looking and lucky me they found them and are shipping them to me! Never saw that coming.
