    New Nautique dealer in IL

I was listening to the radio when an ad came on for B&R Marine in Taylorville. I knew they were a Tige dealer because I had seen an ASR sitting out the last time i drove by. But this ad said they were carrying Nautiques. I checked the website and its true. Pretty handy for me because they are only about 50 minutes down the road.

Nice. Pretty much the Liquid Edge (MC) is the only Mfg I see on Shelbville anymore since the guys over at Extreme in Greenville IL closed their doors . I miss those guys. They were a great Nautique dealer with awesome customer setvice. Always went the extra mile. Hopefully we will see some Nauti's again.

Lol ok so i live basically on lake shelbyville and it is some like "no fly zone" for wakeboard boats. I think i saw 4 wakeboats all year and two of them were at the restaraunt eating.

I often go up to clinton in the colder months because its heated and all you see is wakeboats. Mostly MC because of the liquid edge being down the road but also a few nautiques and the rest.

I guess because shelbyville is not very close to any larger towns it doesnt get much wakeboard traffic.

I have pretty much been the only Wakeboat on that lake for years. We usually ride behind Lithia Marina or way back in Wolf Creek in the "secret stash".

Been on the lake down there for over 20yrs. My parents are retired and own a farm down there. In past 3 yrs we don't get down as much as we would like owning waterfront property With my boat docked out my back door, but when we do its a huge treat. There is one newer 230 at Lithia all white w/ black n red accents. Never seen them ride, always tubing , a yellow x2. Same thing. Never seen them ride ever. There's also a Moomba XLV who surfs a ton. Other than the ocassional all black w blue accent X30 I haven't seen anyone with a wakeboat wakeboarding in almost 3 years.

Where do you launch and stay ? I had the white n red Original XStar out there up until my recent green 08 SANTE 210 purchase this season. We had to have crossed paths at some point.

I live a half mile from whitley boat ramp. Its west of the sullivan marina and straight south of bo woods ramp. If u put in at lithia you are much further south on the lake so we probably havent been around each other.

We put in at wolf last year one time just to try something new. That ramp is only 10 mins from my house. There is some good water down there but not really worth it for us cuz there is good water everywhere on the weekdays when we ride

We always trek over to skeeters back there . Some good water back there , but usually pretty murky after the rains. We will have to hook up some time. The weekdays down there gotta be awesome. When we do a week or two down there it's like a ghost town.

Its too shallow east of skeeters. We usually ride under coal shaft bridge because it is a wind block at all directions mostly.

Send me a pm anytime you guys are around. Im a teacher so i got summers off. Pretty open schedule
