Anyone near Kemah, TX 77565 that can look at a boat for me?

I'm interested in purchasing a 09 210 located at 625 Texas 146, Kemah, TX 77565. (I'm in MN)


I was hoping to find someone that's more familiar with these boats than a random survey guy. I'm willing to pay $.


They're pretty much open most of the week and possibly sat afternoon. Any help would be much appreciated!
