I picked my boat up after getting winterized and realized I had never put the cover on it. It stays in a fully enclosed unit and we use it so much during the summer no need for the cover. Well, I attempted the cover and failed miserably. I have to lower the tower to get it in the storage unit, and keep it lowered while inside. My question is how does the bimini and tower get supported with the cover on it? The tower lowers so low that it would seemingly destroy and stretch the cover if it rested on it. Same for the bimini. In the forward, or tower down position, it would put a lot of weight on the cover without the support pole there and there is not a hole for the support pole. Any photos or advice would be great, thanks.

The 2013 cover goes over the folded tower and bimini. There is a holder for the bimini in the folded position that looks like the antipooling poles but it is shorter and has a clip on the end. It is a tight fit and takes some practice. I know there were pics of the PlanetNautique G23 with the tower folded and cover over top on the site somewhere. Works the same with the 210.
Hope that makes sense.

I'm a pro at lowering the tower, just can't figure out the cover. I had several post in that thread. I think I figured out the cover works like the G, everything goes under it. My last Nautique, the tower folded down on top of the cover so this one confused me a bit.

Honestly, the first time I tried it was the same thing; I couldn't figure it out initially but finally worked it out. The edge of the lateral edges of the cover just come down to the rub rail and one side might ride up a bit above the rub rail before you start ratcheting it down at the transom.
Good luck.

I am really happy to hear everything stores underneath for sure. The boat will spend some time hanging in our lift so nice to keep everything out of site. Now that I see how tight Jeff's is when in I know what I'm up against. Having had the tower out style before I just assumed that was the case with this one too when it started to look like a fat guy in a little coat.

Here's a pic with the tower down and cover on from today.

With the tower down on the 2013 210, I thought I read that the board racks needed to be removed. Is that not true?Last edited by RacingSims; 12-03-2014, 08:27 AM.

I finally figured it out. My biggest obstacle was that the bimini support pole has to be remove so that the bimini lays in the bow. Once I did that it was fairly obvious how it was going to fit. After that, I realized even the board racks go under the cover. Once I made that happen it was simple. Fits like a charm, well almost. It does not really go below the rub rail on both sides which would bother me if it was outside and not in a fully enclosed unit. I'm sure If I worked hard enough I could have stretched it and worked it so that it would have gotten below the rail on both sides but wasn't that important to me.
Thanks for the help, now just waiting for warm weather.
