Went out yesterday, December 1st wakeboarding. 68 degrees in Virginia and on the hot side of Lake Anna. With the dry suit, it was like a slice of summer! Anyone else still carving up the water?

Snowed in Central Pennsylvania last week. The week before it was not above freezing. I took the kids to the dam on the river where we ski and we watched the sheets of ice melt in the sun and smash into the warning buoys and dam. Sucked not to be on the water boarding, but it was cool watching and hearing the ice smash. Kids had a good time.

I try to keep a low profile this time of year so all you northerners will stay where you are and stop moving out here so I have a chance to get on the water in the summer. ;-)
We were out on Sat. and 3 out of 4 trunked it while the 4th wore a wetsuit, although she has been known to wear a drysuit while others are only in a heater top. If the long term forecast holds up there wont be any winterizing again this year and the snowboards wont see much use unless we are willing to travel, and the only real reason for any extended time off the water is for the holidays.

Polar plunge? Brrrr. If anyone is around Richmond or Fredericksburg this winter and want to get in a few sets,
drop me a line. We're at this all winter! Reactor heats the water real nice, so not a polar plunge ....
but you'll still need a drysuit. This is Virgina after all.2005 Air Nautique 226
