Decals starting to peel

I have a 99 sport N. and the decals on some of the "sport nautique" are starting to lift up in the corners. Does anyone have any recommendations for sticking them back down?

Once they start to go, it's tough. One friend used the "lightest" spray glue from Home Depot to keep his. Not sure that is solution, but they are still in place. A bit afraid what will happen if they try to remove 'em.
