Flight Control Tower

Does anyone know how much a new Flight contol tower Cost? Do i have to buy it from the dealer? Does anyone have one for sale? I have a 93 sport. Any help would be great! thanks

New Dimension makes a copy for about $2200 to $2300. These
guys are good. They were the original OEM manufacturers for
Mastercraft and went out on their own. They make copies of
different OEM towers. In terms of Nautiques, they make a "FCT"
for earlier model ski nautiques which were never offered by CC.
Wakeside.com sells there towers, but they're also on the web. I think
they are in TN so you may be able to go over there and work
a deal.

If you are checking price from a dealer, you might want to call
mid-ohio listed at the top of this website. They give a 15% discount
to planet nautique members.

I know you didn't ask the question but you might want to check into Monster Towers. I just put one on my 93 Sport at a cost of $1195 shipped to my door and I couldn't be happier. Extremely solid and looks good as well. Their site is www.monstertower.com and if you look in the customer photos, my 93 Sport is the second boat listed since I just completed the install.

I got mine from www.wakeair.com 2300.00 to my door including shipping.

I put it on my new to me 1990 snob. Super strong and all around great product.

OEM FCT's from Correct Craft run about $2500, the nice but not OEM New Dimension "FCT" run about $2400 and no discount from Mid-Ohio. Appears you can get the real thing for less than a replica. I just bought my FCT om Ebay for $1000.

Somebody on this forum turned me on to the lead, but i check ebay often. Looking under "Correct Craft" or "Nautique" should bring up a FCT and most any other Nautique gear.

Darrel what was your item number from the auction you won?

also when buying towers from Ebay they most likely will not be for your specific model of boat.

Lastly you can all the tower manufactures and ask them if they have any mess ups or orders that never picked up. You wont get your color and you may have to do some bending but, if a deal is what you are after then I would go that route.

Seller was only 30 miles away so picked up myself and saved the shipping. Paid him cash and he helped out a little more.
Right about tower fitting boat too. FCT's dont fit SN's specifically in their original form. Front legs are too wide. Even though the tower i bought was "advertised" as for a Ski Nautique it was actually off a larger nautique. Tomorrow i am taking it to a fabricator that is going to bend new lower hoops to custom fit my boat.
Then he re-welds the feet, pivots, and screw down pockets from the original tower. After powdercoating it should be like brand new and still only slightly more than a monster and significantly less than a New Dimension.
