SV 211 - Correct Craft's New Boat

Here's the information that I have been able to gather concerning Correct Craft's new boat, the SV 211.

* Model Name - SV 211 (Sport V-Drive)
* Length - 20' 9"
* Transom similar to the 226 (open pathway to the swim deck)
* Much improved storage capacity
* 5.0, 5.7, and 6.0 engines may be offered (V-Drive)
* Pictures will be available after the start of the January boat shows.
* Cut-outs on the back of the boat ( :?: )
* Not meant to take the place of any current model
* Not a 'hardcore' wakeboard boat, more of an all-around boat

That's about all the information I can give you right now. Anyone hear anything else?

I have heard this story. I have also heard (someone on www.wakeboardatlanta.com) say that he spoke with Byerly and that this new boat is to be the flagship wakeboard boat, and that the 210 or SAN will become the X-2 of the CC line up. I guess that we will see.

Not sure about all that... The information I posted is from a variety of sources, but the source who told me that it is not meant to be a hardcore wakeboard boat is probably one of the most reliable sources out there. It was not designed to take the place of the 210.

Yes, your right. This boat is not a hardcore wakeboard boat. It is a cross over. It is not replacing the 210, it's in a different market.

The cut outs on the back of the boat are the steps just like on the 226 but one on each side.

And the storage has been improved.

I have heard from our dealer that the 211 is not a hardcore wakeboard boat, as you know, but rather more of a V-Drive version of the 216. That is what I gather. Our dealer actually said word for word that it is like a 210 but has a better slalom wake and has a great wake for boarding. From that I assume that it is a V-Drive 216. I think this is CC's boat for those people who like V-Drives but dont want to give up slaloming altoghether.

It sounds to me just like a newer version of the Super Sport.

It is more like a smaller version of the 226 with some of the crossover characteristics of the 216 in terms of skiability/boardability. The super sport is the same as the SAN, hull wise and interior wise.

I meant purpose wise. It was a bigger 'family' all purpose boat. It obviously morphed into the SAN, but for those who still want a V-drive ski boat, this sounds like the new design.

What model year boat is it going to be? If it is going to be an 04' why they didn't release it when they did all the other boats. If it is going to be an 05', arent they getting ahead of themselves.

It will be an 04 model. They have been developing it over the last couple of years and they just started building them within the last couple of weeks so they weren't ready to go in the catalog back in august.

Sport V-Drive SV

We should have our first 211 should be here in about 4 weeks.
We will have it under wraps until the opening of the Cleveland boat show January 16th.

Hey...I dunno where you guys are...but there was **** of a snow here in NYC and we got a lot more than normal...

Meaning its winter...We don't have to be "boat smart" anymore...this is our break... :lol:
