SV 211 - Correct Craft's New Boat

i was told at watersports central that the boat would have a plate built into the hull in the bottom(?) that would get the transom out of the water more to help with the slalom wake, but it isn't the same hull as the 216. I didn't understand exactly what he was saying, but he has been in the boat and said it really did have the best slalom v-drive wake he had seen, and the boarding wake was big but had more of a curl at the top like an x-2 has

you are correct, there is a plate on the back end of it designed to raise or lower the transom slightly. This is NOT LIKE THE WEDGE in any way. Also, the hull is nothing like the 216 TSC 2 hull. That is all I can say for now. Don't want people speculating before they see it!!

Yep...we gotta wait... I emailed CC the day I found out about it...lol...and they said they weren't giving any info away on it yet...and that we were supposed to wait til the NYC Intl. Boat Show to find out stuff...lol...

Looks nice... at first... i thought they made a misttake with the pics and put a 226 up... But if you look closely...I think the 211 sits higher in the water than the 226! Also..it only holds 9 people...That not a lot for a 23' boat i think...

The plate raises or lowers at the push of the button. It is designed to lower or lift the transom depending on what you want to do with the boat (board or ski). This is part of their way of making the boat a "crossover" do both type of a boat.

How does it differ from Tiga's thing? Which i know is not approved by some thing for some competitions. Is this design approved? This seems pretty nice stuff. Anyone have pics of what actually does the rising or lowering stuff??? Still a little confused on how it really works...

This plate works straight up and down. It is about 8" wide and lowers only about 1/2". What is does is change the wake by changing the tunnel in the bottom of the hull. The area is where your prop shaft comes out the bottom of the hull all the way back to the transom. Hope this gives everyone a basic idea. Seems small and simple but it works.

This boat won't be sent to awsa testing so there is nothing to get approved for competitions. This is also a recreational boat so it doesn't need to meet tournament specs. The only approval that it needs to meet is Correct Craft's and its customers. Hope this helps.

The 211 looks really cool. Any other information avaliable? How does it ski or ride--compared to the 206/216 or 210? ? Has anyone driven the boat yet? How does it drive compared to other CC v-drives?

The boat drives really well with minimal bow rise. The wake is not quite as steep as the 210 but sufficient for recreational families. The lip on it is a little more subtle. The ski wake isn't quite as nice as the 216 but if you are just skiing combos and dropping skis, it is great.
