In gear actuator on throttle controle not functioning?
In gear actuator on throttle controle not functioning?
I dont think the "in gear" actuator on my throttle controle is working. I am able to shift forward or reverse without lifting the actuator. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks
Bruce

RE: In gear actuator on throttle controle not functioning?
I took it apart as shown in the other posting. The round plastic on the part that is mounted to the boat has a notch in it behind the throttle lever it is what is worn out. I think the older Nautiques may have been metal here. Anyone know where to get a new one and how to replace it~! The metal tab under the spring is worn a little too. Maybe I should look at a whole new controle? I definitely would like this working as a safety feature.
