My vote is for white as well. Mine matches the silver cloud hull. See my album for pics. I'm just not a big fan of color coordinated towers but I wanted something different than black.

Are you guys powdercoating the the rope attatchment point of the tower? Its hard to tell in most of the pictures. The original time that my tower was pc'd this part was masked off and left untouched.
Does one way or the other cause more rope wear? I think i remember that on the ski rope pole it is teflon coated, is that correct?

I have put about 200 hrs on my tower since I had it powdercoated and there is not the slightest abrasion on the paint or rope.

We left the pylon bare which adds a nice highlight.

The powder coated blue doesn't match the boat or the trailer exactly, but it is darn close and nobody could say that it clashes. Same with the trailer and bimini.

I was also concerned about the windshield being the only silver on the boat, but it picks up the silver piping in the vinyl.

But in the end, when you're in the boat and having fun, it all looks great. There is no best combo, just go with your heart!

Mine was masked and left untouched as well. I didn't ask for it that way, it's just the way the dealer had it done.

redelf75, I love your flag! I was thinking of doing the same thing. What kind of flag mount are you using? Do you have any closeup pics?

Went White. Thanks for all the opinions and input. Fabricator hooked me up and the pc was only $150.

Very nice darrel! It looks very clean and matches perfectly! By the way, I find it's a good habit to leave the throttle in neutral when the boat is docked... Yellow_Flash_Colorz:

Thanks Austin good eye, but it is in neutral. I used to ski tournaments and most of us set up the trottle that way. When you are at 34/36 mph the knob is right between 1st finger and thumb resting on gunwale for precise adjustments of speed. I just got used to it and set this boat up like my previous SN.

I figured there might be something to it... my bad. Just looked a little weird, sure it must take a lot of getting used to...
