I don't like it, looks like you are trying too hard, your boat is nice and clean without the flag. Looks like you are part of a yacht club or something. Looks like the pole is not polished?

I would vote for a nice subtle little sticker on the rear side if you want to support PN.

I'd rather see a sutble decal rather than a flag...Its not bad though.

It's not exactly what I had in mind, but it's the best I could do. As you all know by now, I'm a sucker for old classic styles of yesteryear, especially the wooden boats of the sixties and earlier. (See early 1960's Chris Craft Holiday and Correct Craft Auqa Skier below). I wanted to simulate the manufacture crest/name on the a small flag on the bow or stern. This was what I ended up with. If you think it's a little over the top now, wait till I post of picture of it at night. I have 2 lights on the tower iluminating it!

3 screws holds the base of the pole into the tower. THe pole is held into the base with a allen set screw. The pole is unpolished.

I like it, but i liked the American flag better. Its much more universally recognized, most people prob dont "get" the PN flag, esp. from any distance.

Unfortunately, the PN decal didn't hold up well under use and weather.

We will eventually be getting some new stickers made (As soon as I find the time to get it all lined up). Hopefully our new ones will be a little sturdier than the last batch we had made.

I don't have any on my boat, but the two on my Jeep have held up very well.
Hopefully the new ones will be even better.

My decals were custom made by my exhibit company. They are self adhesive vinyl. The left and right sides were sized slightly differently to fit the tappered shape of the flag. I bought Sunbrella material and had my local taylor make the flag for $8. You're right that almost no one recognizes the PN logo and it is not readable from afar. I did use an American flag on July 4th.
