Is anyone keeping an eye on the boat over on WakeWorld on this thread??? They're really giving CC a run for their money...
I do have to agree w/ a lot of it though. Like I said, my first impression was it was an I/O. I dont know how comfortable the person must be in those corners in the back by the engine. It looks kind of cramped and hard to move around if that seat in the middle is facing backward, but if its in the back position it looks nice. The divider in the middle of the passanger seat is a little weird at first. It makes another backrest, but I dunno what I think about it "splitting up" the people--I'd rather everybody be more together, this reminds me of an X-80 layout.
Anybody know the specs? 22 ft. right? How about person capacity? I'd hope at least 12, CC needs another boat that can hold that many...
Also forgot to mention that I'm very surprised that CC didn't put their hottest engine in their first production of this boat...
Hopefully it'll grow on me and the public... even if this model is a flop, at least CC stepped up to the plate and tried something new and bold--props to them for that no matter what!

pretty sure it is going to be a hot seller. Every one has something negative to say but you know that a company isn't going to put out a boat that won't sell. Just wait and see how many of these show up on the lakes. I really like the boat. Once you see it in person, you will appreciate it that much more.
I'm sure it will sell like crazy, I guess I am just a bit dissapointed they didn't quite work out all the small quirks that would have just completed that extra touch and made it that much closer to perfect, but again, can't have your cake and eat it...
Hopefully this seating arrangement will proove to be the new latest and greatest thing...

Okay, I have a bunch of pictures from today. I have to say that the interior of this boat is simply amazing. It is the most versitile wake boat interior that I have ever seen. The rear seat can be moved to the center of the boat, and can face forward or backward. The backrest folds down under the seat when the seat is used in the back of the boat. The side backrest/storage module on the port side can be tilted up out of the way so that you can access the built-in cooler underneath. The backrest/storage module can also be completely removed. The module on the starboard side cannot be removed. The storage under the rear side seats continues all the way through to the back of the boat. As Fatboy said, you could fit a bunch of boards in there on either side easily. The dash is the same as last year, with the exception of Perfect Pass. Due to a new PP interface, the PP screen is larger. Correct Craft has gone to the CMD-4 Clarion head unit, still in the glove box, with built-in aux. inputs. They have added a slick removable cargo net that can be fitted over the engine compartment and rear storage hatches to hold boards in place. The tower is made of thicker material than previous towers, and the tower on the 220 does not have the front reinforcement bars like the new 210 tower. According to White Lake Marine, the Air Nautique graphic on the side of the tower will be backlit in the future, possibly not until next year though. The spinner board racks are made by Titan, and seem to function well. The new tower is also pre-drilled for Flight Clips, so they can be installed if desired. The driver's seat swivels. The ballast system is all hidden, and is of still undetermined capacity. The center tank is below and around the center locker, and I was really impressed with the size of the center locker. I couldn't find one thing that I didn't like about the interior. There are a few trade offs for the new design, such as a smaller bow seating area as compared to the 210, but overall I really think Correct Craft has done extremely well with this interior. Some earlier pictures had me thinking that it might feel slightly cluttered, but there is really a ton of room in this boat.

Jeff thanks for those nice pics and clarifying the port side backrest/cooler. Good thing there's another built in cooler so you dont need to use that Wal-Mart last minute item under the pass. storage. Nice to see it seats 12 also. BTW, what is the wire for under the bow? And can you get an anchor in under the front-middle bow cushion? That net is a sweet idea also, its little things like that that make this boat stand out among others.

The anchor storage area is on the small side. I think that wire is for the bow speakers or something, and just wasn't tucked up properly. This boat was rushed to the show, and since it is the first one of them made, a few minor things aren't exactly perfect. These small items will, of course, be fixed before production models hit the streets.

Carry a little extra money with you. Shannon hooked me up on some ski gloves and a new rope and handle. The price she gave me was unreal. She is giving a discount to PN members as well as EORG members. If you happen to be a member of both as you and I are you get both discounts.
Right on!! I picked up a Tsunami using your methods, and, uh, it worked out very well.

Jeff or FatBoy or anybody else who may have taken this pic... do you happen to know this guy in the pic? He looks like someone I've met before. If he's who I think he is, he had the nicest Nautique I've ever seen and is the one who inspired me to customize mine...

There is a trash can under that hatch, but that can be removed if desired.

****n I like it! I love the cool interior uniqueness. I like everything about this boat so far.
As much as I love this boat I couldnt justify it. My 216 is just too versatile for our needs, Skiing and Boarding, Maybe someday we will switch to a big assed V-drive when we have kids out back doing more of the boarding..
I hope the versatile seating arragements and practicality bleeds over into the rest of the line in years to come.
I wish they would have done something different with the 216. I always loved the itnerior arrangement on the Tige 22i.
Oh well. Is not that big of a deal.
