Bearing Buddy grease???

I am wondering how ofter everyone adds grease to their Buddy Bearings. I have heard everything from a few squirts every time to once a year. I just had my hubs rebuilt and just want to make sure I grease them properly with not too much or too little.........

You can grease them as frequently as you want. They are easy to check as well as know if you've filled them. The inner plate should give when you push on it. When you fill just add until you see the plate move.
