    http://www.usawaterski.org/downloads...edTowboats.pdf

Just like last year, CC has 3 different models approved. How many tournament skiers are there on this board??? I am one of them.

i am way to old for that, but if waved a 2004 model under my nose, i would give it some serious consideration. lol.

i hit the lake 30 min. before dark when everyone else is gone or leaving. rip up some glass, watch the sun set, watch the moon come up and ponder the meaning of life.

I ski in the INT league..but nothing formal..may do Flight Worlds in the near future....Anyway... I am surprised that the 216 was approved. I think it is a great boat and we are getting one, but it is probably the better of the two "crossover" boats that CC has. ( 216 and 206) meaning i would think it would be the least best for wakeboarding and best for slaloming...i thought compared to the 206 and esp. the 196...that the 216 would not have a nice enough wake...However I like what I see! It makes me look even more forward to getting this in April :!: :!: :!:

        abundiga,
I just skied behind a 2004 with a zr6 and ran into 35 off with it. It is definately a sweet pull but i am not sure i can feel much of a difference between that and an excalibur. The biggest difference is felt when you put the throttle down to take off. I can say that i feel a difference between that and the LT1 from the mastercraft boats though (zr6 was much smoother). Can't wait to see pics of your new boat!

Thanks skinautique...I'm really excited too...However...like i probably mentioned sometime earlier..its in IL and i'm in NY and we decided to meet half way at Ohio. We originally planned to pick it up in April...where we would meet one of our skyski friends in Ohio. However....we would then not have much time to prepare it for the season. We are planning to put NVerts new speakers that are horns oppose to regular mid range speakers. They dont come out in april though and we've already contacted our local guy whos done lights and sound for my dad numerous times on his car. He does good stuff. I mentioned to my dad that we go pick it up during winter break so we would half a lot of time to prepare it for the season...but then i realized that we wouldnt' get to ski with our friend..which is not such a big deal...however..we would still have to wait for the speakers to come out...So it looks like were waiting til April...

My patience is really being pushed to it's limit here!!! lol

P.S. We know that the ZR6 isn't much of a difference....esp compared to the Python. But we do like the extra power and my we just never like to have the same as everyone else...We've been told that the extra power is noticed more at max. throttle ...not out of the hole...but thats good. Extra power wont hurt... I know theres a dealer in AZ that gets most of his on speck boats ordered with ZR6s and i heard he sells all of em...
And the look a lot cooler!!!
