    Perfect Pass suggestion?

Looking for someone with good experience to chime in.

This is an upgrade for the winter months,

    Here what we have,
2001 Air Nautique with everything except PP GT-40 anniversary,

    Heres what we need
    Perfect Pass,

Slalom ski about 20%, no courses or comps though. First 2 skis are always slalom.

    wakeboard 80%

    System suggestions

    Wakeboard speed 21.5, slalom 31.5

    thanks again

Wakeboard pro 6.5n, even a few runs through the course running on rpm's works fine. You are basically loosing the auto timing features.

you can figure what rpms on perfect pass equil a given speed with a GPS, write it down and you'll be ready the next time.

I'm with Mikeski. Wakeboard Pro 6.5n . You need the rpm mode for skiing and the speed mode for wakeboarding. I don't think an upgrade to the Digital Pro would be neccesary, although if you can miss the money... Why not.

WBP installed this year on my 02 SAN

I ski and my wife ski's. My son, his friends, son-in-law mostly board but slalom once in while. I put the PP Wakeboard pro on my 02 SAN this year.

I bought the wakeboard pro PP from Adirondack Marine in Lake George, it was around $1,000. I haven't been billed for the installation yet, it's probably a few hundred. But, worth every penny - especially keeping accurate constant pre-plane speed while wakeboarding.

The WBP is smooth, holds wakeboard speeds within a few tenths, or stays right on what you dial in if its straight flat water. Amazing.

It has made driving for wakeboarding 100 times more enjoyable. "set it and forget it." It works fine for slalom skiing as well. Speed isn't as critical to hold above 28 - 30 mph, so it's silky smooth using RPM once you calibrate. I did with a handheld GPS and this is critical to getting your speeds accurate. So borrow one if you don't have one and make sure you check the PP with GPS against the boats speedo.
