Here is a little background to my story...I have a 2005 211 TE with a brand new Trail-Rite trailer..I had already taken my trailer in for the 25 hour service, and a couple of days later, I noticed that the brake fluid line had broke and I had to take it back to the dealer. They fixed it under warranty and thought all was good. I was on my way home from my vacation when all of a sudden my front wheel of my trailer locked up (luckily I was only going 10 miles an hour). I pulled to the side and find the brake caliper had broken off and was lodged between the axle and the rotor.
Luckily I was able to jack the trailer up, pull off the wheel, and remove the broke caliper...I was able to make it home (after a 4 hour detour because of a fire on the Grapevine.)...
Piece of Crap Trailer....I am going to request a new trailer, as I don't want this one fixed again...
Just needed to vent...
