start with a sac in the locker and 1 in the trunk. I'll be running 540# Lounges on each side of the motor, 200# lead in the bow (steel, actually), and possibly 500# in the bow. Of course, with extra people, I'll run less. We tested it with a little less and it worked well (250# sidesacks instead of the lounges)
