I just found that Watersports Central is no longer the CC dealer in Atlanta. They've switched to MasterCraft now and CC has gone to Cobalt Boats of Atlanta. I certainly would've never seen this coming. I was under the impression that Johnny Crowe at Watersports Central had a long history with CC. Anybody know what really happened that caused all of this? Seems quite strange to me.

RE: Atlanta dealer shake-up
Mid-Ohio seems to have a strong relationship with MasterCraft too.
At their in water demo in late August MC's outnumbered CC's 2-1...several salespeople were vocal 'converts'.

Is mid-ohio also Ron's marine?
Ron's was solely a CC dealer a few years ago....then switched to only mastercraft I thought.
If they are the same, I wonder why would MC or CC want a dealer that sold the boat of the competition.....unless of course, there were not other qualified dealers nearby.
Just curious, seems CC and MC would want to make sure they were very seperate.

Mid Ohio
Mid Ohio is not the only game in town. There is a Malibu dealer in Cincinati, which is No Wake Marine. There also is a Mastercraft dealer and a CC dealer in Cincinnati. I think there is an advantage to the consumer to have all the brands under one roof, but not really an advantage to the manufacturer. It would be a lot like having a GM brand and Toyota all at the same storefront. I think that the Mid Ohio dealers carry varying brands at each of three storefronts, not all three in all three stores. COuld be wrong though.Eric Fox
