What year did they start offering the Team Edition on the Super Airs? I'm looking to buy a 2001-2002 and the one I'm looking at claims its a TE, but I'm getting conflict stating it didn't start until 2002. Any suggestions?

I'm pretty sure they started in 2002. The seller is probably claiming Team Edition because it has all the same team edition options. It might not have the sticker on the side though... -

02 was the first year of the team edition, it came with upgraded kicker stuff, and belly balast PP and a few other goodies.How about \"Chales\"?

2002 was the first year. The boat didn't have a belly ballast standard. Just the rear tanks.Comment

2002 was the first year that the belly ballast was an option. I thought it was standard with the team package but you could leave it off the TE if you wanted....

When we were getting our '02 SANTE there were two boats on the floor to choose from. A grey/black combo and our red/white/blue boat. We originally had a contract for the black one, but decided on the other due to texas heat and the black one did not have a belly tank. Both of them were/are team editions.Comment

02 was a great year for the SANTE. If you don't have the belly ballast option just put a sack in there with a pump. Both boat and wake will be awesome. My buds have a 02 SANTE, its da bomb....Comment
