    Spinner Racks and Bimini

Some people were interested in seeing the spinner racks up close. I included some pictures of the bimini that Towerbininis (http://www.towerbiminis.com) made to accomodate the spinners. I'm very impressed with the spinners and the bimini.

    RE: Spinner Racks and Bimini

It looks terrific. Very clever how the bimini was ben to create room for the spinners.

yo yo yo! so i am not going to have spinners, but i am in the process of ordering a bimini for my 06 210 team. the one in the catalogue looks great with the new tower, but i haven't received a price yet on the official nautique item. your looks great too. why did you go with the other company? what was the cost? and were you given a price from your dealer on the factory bimini?
        thanks

OK, a stupid question - is it at all possible that those spinners can be mounted on the 210 Super Air 2004, FCT? It seems like a bolt on application and seems like something could be rigged up on teh FCT?

Yes, I was told by my dealer that CC is retrofitting the spinner racks to fit FCT's. Dont know when it will be available or how much.

When I ordered my 211, I was told they were only and option on the 220 right now because the bar where they mount is a differant angle on the other models and the boards wouldn't be level. On the 211 the tail of boards would be about 5 inches lower than the front. Look at the back bar where they mount on other towers and it'll make sense.

the spinners are standard on the 220 team and an option on the 210

Actually I have no idea how much the bimini cost. I told them what I wanted and they gave me my price. The last super air I got I think I skimped a little on the options and I wasn't going to do it again on this one. I had already heard of tower biminis from other people so I figured it was a safe bet. I think they did a darn good job and would recommend them to anyone. The cloth they use is more of a canvas material and I think it's going to hold up a log time. I don't even have to disconnect the bimini from the tower when I fold the tower forward. I couldn't be happier.

so you didn't try to get a factory one first, or at least inquire about price? what did the towerbimini one cost you in the end?

I didn't even inquire about the factory bimini. Like I said, I have no idea what the bimini cost me. I knew Tower Biminis was a reputable company so I just went with it.

The factory bimini is a lot of money for what you get. Tower Biminis was the way to go.

What about for the CC bimini for non-tower boats. The catalog had a pic of a nice bimini on a SN 196 where it attached to the windshield w/o any straps, it was all hard poles. Looked very high quality. Doesn't TowerBiminis only make biminis for boats w/ towers?

the bimini from them is nice but again I am not sure it is worth the price you pay for them. I have had some pretty nice biminis from Westland. Towerbiminis has made biminis for non tower boats but I am not sure if they offer them on a regular basis.
