They don't and haven't for a while because their factory is apparently to crampt and crowded. They said they will reopen for tours when their new factory is completed... whenever that will be...

As of right now, they are not offering tours. The factory is too crowded to be able to give them. My guess is you will be able to get one when they move into the new factory.
You probably won't be able to schedule one until the new factory comes online. There just isn't enough room in the current factory for tours.
