      Hydrogen Peroxide also works great on mold & mildew. Try mixing it with water first when using on fabrics. Sometimes you may have to use it straight.... On the rub rail, definately try it straight... BE SURE to test an area for color fastness n fabrics no matter what you use.
      Peroxide also works great on coke, coffee or beer spills in the carpet or vinyl.

      If this doesnt work on the rub rail..try bleach. (at your own risk of course)
