      The kits use surface mounted LED's on small circuit boards and fixed to the back of the grill with psa tape. The Sub gets 4 strips, each with 3 LED's and the 6.5's get two strips per grill. The strip itself is 7 mm wide and about 1.5" long. These little buggers are amazingly bright. We used a single strip on each of our Diamond D6's in our TE.
