A different decal/emblem direction for my Super Sport 210

Here is what I decided to do instead of making my 2001 Super Sport with (all Super Air Nautique options) which recently had its "Super Sport" lettering peeled off. Instead of making my Super Sport a Super Air Nautique 210 lookalike...I went back in time...Actually to eBay.

This decals/emblem set was on the 70's and early 80's Correct Crafts. I left room for the cursive script Correct Craft lettering, for a time in the hopefully not-too-distant future when I can add that also.

If you see this picture and let out a nerdy squeal like I did, you are truly a Correct Craft geek like me and are thus my friend. PDT_001

Sorry I didnt get back to you in time. It looks like you located them though. Yeah eBay sellers appear to have them in droves although I can only guess about what kind of patent/branding/copyright violations they are guilty of. The ones I bought are really high-quality. Not drip mold bubble peel or whatever CC is calling their 400 dollar decals these days. Thats what I was quoted by several CC dealerships. I'm normally pretty much an overly friendly guy but I wouldnt even return the phone calls on that issue. 200 per side for the 'Super Air Nautique' way-too-easy-to-peel-off bubble drip lettering.

So the badges - I got a pair that I proably paid too much for... But I digress. It really does make me think I would do my Super Sport in a retro-themed Mustang 17 or Ski Nautique 2001 style someday. Very cool. I hope this gives you guys some ideas! Looks like it may have already!

This is another auction from the person/place I got mine from: they are good. Non-paper based. Look sweet!

By the way if anyone else is thinking of doing this, and going the eBay route. There are 2 types of these floating around on eBay. The crappy ones are CRAPPY and small (3 inches). The ones I got are harder to find and are extremely accurate to the originals. That link above is the vendor I got mine from. Semi-expensive, but certianly more manageable than the 400 Super Air Nautique decal set or anything from CC directly in general, sticker-wise.

Just be careful about the 9 dollar versions of this set being offered on eBay. They won't withstand the constant wash from the sidespray of your boat. AKA they wont last at all and will peel off.

                  WOW!!!
It is actually whitelake.com, not whitelakemarine.com.

Holy crap I paid too much for these. Oh well. Lessons learned. Classic.
