After many moons, CC has returned to the Pittsburgh, PA area. With Mid-Ohio out and rumors about Conneaut also out, this appears to be a very good thing. Anyone have any additional details?

Originally posted by ErikI have not heard that rumor. I hope it is just that. CC needs MORE not less dealerships.
I thought that the NE dealers are doing very well and were very good to deal with.Lack of proper planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part.

CC returns to Pittsbugh
Erik, you're in NH right? As far as I know the CT Nautique doesn't focus that far out of their territory as much as you'd think. NECC comes down much further than CEAST goes up. I'm not sure how much they concentrate that far West either. And if it were too close, I think if anything it'd be hurting the NY CC dealers more, like Lemon Tree and Adirondak Marine. But I do know that the past two years or so for the CT dealer has been great! They've sold so many CC's for our area it's unbelivable...
Maybe CEASTWEB can chip in a bit more... I'm just a customer...I Nautique, therefore I am.

Who is the dealer in Pittsburgh?
I have purchased my last two boat from Conneaut and had no idea they may not handle CC any longer.

RE: cc in pitt
The new dealer is Skips Extreme Marine in West Mifflin. This is the old Skip's prop shop and is under new ownership.

My dealership should not be even in this thread.... lol.. We are the CT dealer and would never go outside our service area to sell a boat. The only area that i know of where there be too many dealers is up near Lake George....

RE: cc in pitt
I thought he had just made a spelling mistake. I didnt mean to throw them into the discussion of dealerships pulling out of the northeast.
I am sorry for any confusion I may have added here. I actually bought my 2001 Super Sport, physically, at Candlewood. It had been originally bought there. And when I was there, they treated me like royalty. AND I'M NOT! THATS WHATS SO CRAZY ABOUT THE WHOLE THING!
No really, they were totally cool to me and were cool to me with no knowledge of how much noize I can make on the internet
