RE: Dealer Ranking
based on units sold or customer service ratings? The customer service ratings are pretty unfair if you ask me. I think Sail and Ski, Buxton Marine, SECC, CCC and one other were the top five but I can't remember for sure. The fifth might have been White Lake

RE: Dealer Ranking
I was at White Lake Marine last Thursday getting my boat winterized and Diane said something to me about being ranked up near the top. I can't remember exactly where but I know she was very proud and very appreciative to all their customers. And just in case I haven't told anyone lately, White Lake Marine is the best place on planet Earth to buy a boat, and out of all the dealerships I have dealt with over the years they are by far the best.
Anytime I have a problem they bend over backwards to help me and I for one will never buy a boat from anyone else ever again. To me service after the sell is the most important thing about buying a boat.Life is Short, Live it!

Is there other dealers that should be there in the top that arent rated high enough?Lack of proper planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part.

Dealer Ranking
Separator, here is an example for you:
Dealer A sells six boats and gets high ratings from 5 out of 6 or whatever percentage you want
Dealer B sells 60 boats and has a couple of bad apples in the bunch and gets marked down. Who did better as a whole?

RE: Re: Dealer Ranking
The bad apples were customers. Let me clarify it a little better. The guy that sells only 6 boats could have sold them all to family and friends. Naturally they will get high ratings. I have seen this happen before. I just don't think that the ratings are on an even keel. I personally would rather sell 60 boats and have a 98 percent rating instead of selling 6 and having a 99.9% rating. All of the top ratings were over 98% if I recall correctly.

Question is: Does anyone know if any of the top 10 dealers (in CSI), was there any dealer that only sold 6 boats?...From what I heard CC sets the minimum for sales higher than 6 boats and all of the dealers in the top 10 this year and in the past were fairly large dealers and were able to keep thier CSI at 99% or higherLack of proper planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part.

Dealer Ranking
Are we talking ranking for Sales or CSI?
I understand they give 10 awards out for top CSI dealers and then there is 10 awards for top in sales.
So who were the dealers who were awarded top 10 in CSI and top 10 in sales?Lack of proper planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part.
