MICHAEL ELROD,52, of Oviedo, FL, passed away on Wednesday, December 14, 2005. Born September 29, 1953 in Knoxville, TN, Mr. Elrod was the Vice President for 28 years of Correct Craft. He was very loving and will be greatly missed by his family and everyone he came in contact with. He had a quick wit, was caring, generous and was a mentor to many.

Mike had a heart attack that morning. When someone dies who you loved & respected (a parent, a sibling, a great friend) you want to be sure others know of the person. It's a part of grief.

I can't call Mike "a best friend", he was more. We traveled,joked,disagreed, prayed, STRONGLY disagreed, & laughed hilariously. The only words that encompass it all are, I loved Mike Elrod! I will miss him tremendously. What stories! What a journey! The best compliment i can think of: Mike was a COMPASSIONATE MAN OF HONOR!

He passed away early December 14, 2005. He had a massive heart attack, but they are not saying that is the reason for death. The reason is an accumulation of different health problems. I am his daughter. This is the first time I have actually wrote on this site. It makes me feel really good to see that so many cared. He will be greatly missed.

Deanna, I'm sorry this happened. I unfortunately never had the chance to meet him, but I think I can speak for the majority of the members here on PN, that we send out a special welcome to you to the site, and we are honored to have another member of the CC family on the board...
