RE: Tower Bimini
Which tower and did that include a stripe?
I purchased a towerbimini last year. The fit and finish is first rate. None of the bimini's are cheap. The towerbimini has a great rep and many happy owners. Once you get over the price you will be quite happy. (At least I was)

Best bimini money can buy, only bimini that should be seen on a FCT... 8-)
No regrets... everyone loves it, dealer has one on his personal Nautique...
EDIT: Just take note, there is a one year time period between my two shots. You'll see that the clamps aren't in the exact same position. The bottom one is more recent, and there, the top clamp is lower on the FCT. According to the instructions, it should still be lower, but when it was new, we couldn't stretch out the Sunbrella enough to make it "perfect," so it is really shown a bit loser than it's supposed to be in the first shot, as far as the way the clamps and poles are concerned. To give you a picture, the angle should be smaller, more acute, between the two poles pushing back... This is a reason I think that every TB Bimini I see is not identical and a little customized...I Nautique, therefore I am.

My solid color Tower bimini was about $600 if I remember correctly. I was able to get it through Mid Ohio with the Planet Nautique discount, maybe they will still honor the discount? If not check with White Lake and see if they can make you a deal.
My old boat had straps in the front and poles in the back like the one's that Dave is showing. In some ways I prefer the straps in front as they are easier to adjust. I also prefer the aluminum poles because it's much lighter. I have actually towed mine between lakes down a mountain road about 10 miles, no trouble up to 50mph, but it's not recommended.
