The only real problem is buying a boat in Jan. and having to wait. I bought mine in Feb.....makes a long wait until the thaw. But, its worth it.

We made the deal last October and have to wait to late May.

Did I tell you about the time a wheel hub blew on my new Ramlin and Mark D. of MD Boats drove down to Dale Hollow with a back up trailor and pulled mine home for repairs - now that's service!!!

Ha, Ha - I have told this story a dozen times and everyone is probably sick of hearing about it - good story though.

MD Boats works hard to make the customer happy. Good work.

And best of all, they actually KNOW the product they're selling.

          Patloco,

Thanks! It is a nice lake. There are about 1700 homes in the whole developement, probably between 200-250 directly on the lake. It is restricted use...skiing/boarding from 9-dusk only. Last year we would be among 4-5 boats sitting, idleing in the no wake area waiting for 9am!

It gets very busy and there are a lot of "wallies" driving so you need to be careful. This is why despite living on the lake I was asking last year if people thought it would be worth it to get a bigger boat on go elsewhere to ride where the water was calm or you could get out earlier.

If you are in the area in the summer let me know and I can show you the lake from the water!

And thats not the first time he's done something like that. I'm down at Dale Hollow alot and I know of at least two trips like that, perhaps yours included. Above and beyond...

But I do question his priorities as I offered him a pull the morning he came down to switch trailers and he turned it down. 10 hour roundtrip drive without taking advantage of that butter...that's dedication! haha

efox - Sounds great...no twisting of arm needed. If I'm down that way I'll take you up on it!
