    Good points Holywood.

In other news the 220 is really growing on me...

PDT_002 Finally get to see a "solid" hull! So much nicer than the bottom paint version.
The person who said \"Money can\'t buy happiness\" never rode behind an \"OLD\" 210.

When I refer to all black that means the parts that can be ordered in black are black. If you wanted to get technical about all black then you need to get all your seats in black vinyl.

The boat looks sweet. Have you owned a boat with a color hull before?
I know the upkeep is a lot more. As long as you know how to color sand, you will be fine

I got as much black interior as I could without looking dumb. If they offered all black interior I would have gotten it. I prefered the grey seat bases over white and put some titanium in the accents just to break up the colors a little.

Off topic, but I was wondering how hot does the black vinyl get under the sun?

Too hot to be comfortable, but if you can stand the burning sensation long enough for your skin to go numb.... Not that bad.

Core-rider, long time no see, good to see you're still rocking the all black SAN I remember the good ol' days when you were just taking delivery of her.
                    How about \"Chales\"?

What's up Dragon... Yeah still got it. Haven't been using it much lately, but hopefully the weather will get back to normal and I can get out some.

well I love it! looks like my 211 on roids. That graphic does show well against a black background. I saw a couple of them at the Nor Cal boat show today, and frankly the more I look at them the more I like the layout.

                            Core,

Those bare white pvc trailer pole covers are so non-Goth that you might as well give your trench coat back to Goodwill and start listening to the country music. To reclaim the mantle of Count Spook-ula, you'll need to drape them with black Nautique padded covers.

That was an old pic, from the first time I took it out after delivery. The white poles and clear glass have been long taken care of. And who said anything about being goth? I chose black because it's what I like, not because I wanted anyone else to like it. In my opinion it's the cleanest color scheme anything could have.

If you prefer lime green, that is your thing, but 20 years down the road I can guarentee my color scheme will be timeless, becuase it has no dated colors or eye popping "look-at-me" graphics like others you see out on the market.

Just kidding, Core, I love black boats and like yours better than my former '03 210 Ltd. that only had a black "middle" and white hull and deck. I most recently bought an '06 210 Ltd. and got it with a red middle as a concession to my wife who had grown tired over the years of our "spooky" looking black boats, including the '05 VLX that I hated so bad that I sold it after 25 hours.

Goths don't have a monopoly on the color, colour or coller black. Just ask Johhny Cash (R.I.P.), who at the Grand Old Opry became known as The Man in Black. "Everybody was wearing rhinestones, all those sparkle clothes and cowboy boots," he said in 1986. "I decided to wear a black shirt and pants and see if I could get by with it. I did and I've worn black clothes ever since." If Johhny Cash owned a Nautique, it would no doubt be black, deck included, if available.
