Since I'm on my first Nautique - what is the gist of the reunion? What activities go on? Is it a family / kids oriented thing OR more of a crazy event that kids should not attend?

Scottrob, it's for the whole family and friends. You can bring your boat if you want, or just enjoy the day looking at the other Nautiques. There will be food for everyone, and admission into Sea World. There is judging for the boats, awards, swag galore to buy. It's a great time for only $7.00 per person. Thats what it cost for the Orlando show. I was blessed to win best of show in 2004. Shouldn't have, but did. Yellow_Flash_Colorz: If you can make it, please do so. It makes for a great family day.

And someone would be more than welcome. Sincerely! :grin: Jeff, THANK YOU for your kind words boss, but some of the old wooden hull Correct Craft's that were there were just amazing to see. The way they took you back (well not me, I'm not old enough to relate THAT much Yellow_Flash_Colorz: ) when the owner would tell tales of the boats adventures. Man o man. Now they were judging the whole boat and trailer, and Mr. Meloon did ask me if it had ever seen water. :mrgreen: If you guys saw the way I detail the SN and the trailer EVERYTIME I bring her back, you'd be looking for a jacket with straps that buckle in the back to put me in. I have been to the san antonio reunion for the last two times.

My wife and I had fun both times, we took the boat this last year, but will probably not take it this year.

The fee includes admission to the park, most of the day is just a day at sea world, with the show before the park opens in general, a lunch, and a semi-private ski show with reserved seating for owners. After the show is the awards.

I would recomend going, and heck bring your boat if you don't mind pulling it that far.

No invitation required. Just keep an eye out for when we have the link posted for the registration, then you just fill it out and send it in.

Your boat will sit on the trailer all day.

Wow, the price for the Texas reunion went up from $7/person to $20/person! Just a few years ago, it was $5/person.
