    SV211 Hard tanks

If I remove my hard tanks on my 211, what size bag can I put under the walk through side. Would I have to upgrade my pump as well?

the 400 can completely fill in this compartment. a 750 might add an additional 50 can pop the top open on the hatch if allowed to overfill. ask me how I know.

You can only fit 400's in there even if the hard tank is removed? On our 216V we fit 400's full on top of the hard tanks. I would think removing the hard tanks you could fit whatever size you want in there.

Wow so I can put a 400 on top of the hard tank or remove it and put whatever. Any thoughts on what to do?

I pulled the hard tanks and fit a set of 750s in each side no problem. They fill up almost to the full capacity and then start overflowing. You can get it completely full by closing off the vent outlet at that point and just let the pump try to push more water in, but I tend to just add more people instead. When filled this way you still have a bit more room on the port side below the walkthru and room for a bunch of vests on the starboard side.

You need to make sure your engine dividers are set up right or they will bow out and get dislodged.

If you do this, you end up with alot of weigh in the back and will need to move people around to smooth out the surfing weight, but it is much better than with just a 400 on top of the hard tank and much more storage space when not fully sac'ed out.
