Mooring/trailering Cover - 2002 SANTE

Looking to upgrade my current 2-piece mooring cover for my 2002 SANTE. I am considering a few different options: (1) Coversports, which I have heard great reviews of but is a little more expensive, and (2) A cover from planetnautique with upgraded sunbrella material.

Price is obviously a consideration but if it comes down to the coversports being the best for the value then so be it. My current cover leaks water around the tower supports and in the bow, just in front of the windshield.

During the summer the boat is stored at my cottage on a lift.

Any input from those who have one or the other, or possibly even other brands that I have not considered would be much appreciated.

I assume your option 2 is a cover from NautiqueParts, since there is no PlanetNautique cover.

I have had both, and the CoverSports was much better quality, but also much more expensive.

Yes, you are correct Jeff, option 2 was suppose to read NautiqueParts.

there is also Brent fleming , his company theprocover, makes a great and in my opinion, best travel cover at a decent price, I have brought over five covers from him over the years, he has been wrongly bad mouth by certain members in the last few years, but he is back on his feet again.

I have the cover from nautique parts for my SAN and I have to say I'm very happy with it. It didn't cost the earth, fits well and two years in is still keeping the water out. It does leak a little round the tower legs but I've never seen a cover that doesn't. I've also trailered fairly long distances with it with no issues.

I bought it because everything over here is super expensive. I had a quote from a local cover company and for the same money I was able to order a cover from nautique parts along with a load of other bits n bobs for the same price as the local cover.
