    Tower or Powder coat?

My 2010 230 tower is scratched from the previous owner I'm in the process of disassembling. Should I paint it agin or have it powder coated?

If powder coating anyone have anything positive or negative to say about the rough textured Nautique has been using on towers for the past few years? I heard that they went stop the texture on the 2015's.

I was thinking keeping the tower black (textured depending on the responses I get from the above question) with a blue accents (anything that is silver today) and a blue z5 frame, keeping the black canvas.

I just ordered a 2015 model and went with the mat finish on the tower so it's still being offered.

Smooth finish will be easier to clean.

I did not see an option to have mat finish on my build sheet. As much as I love it, I occasionally drive through a place called mosquito city (just kidding) and I would not look forward to that on a rough texture tower.
