A little searching and what do you know: There are numerous manufacturers of trailer hitches for a Vette.

Towing with it may be a entirely different story.......

Back in my sport bike racing days, there was a lady that would come to track days every now and then in her Corvette. It would be pulling a small utility trailer with her bike and gear strapped to it. I always thought that looked strange, but a boat?

I'm guessing a Vette would have sufficient brakes to stop while towing? The brakes on the one sitting in our office parking lot are huge compared to the Silverado parked next to it anyway.'08 196LE (previous)

I would think the brakes would be irrelevant in this case. The weight of the tow vehicle is the key. You could put a motor on a go-cart big enough to get the boat rolling and then lock up all four wheels. No debating what the result would be. I pulled my 210 with a new body style tacoma for a year. It pulled it fine but I could tell the boat was pushing me at times. There was huge difference in how it felt when I traded the truck for a full size. Who knows, it may have all been in my head, but for me there is no way I would pull something that heavy with a car that light. Imagine slamming on brakes at an intersection if the trailer brakes had failed.
