What does this switch do exactly when switched all the way down?

Per the manual:
Bilge Pump Only Mode:
This feature is activated by a switch located below the gauges on the side console. The switch has three positions, on, off and bilge. If the boat is going to sit for more than a few days with the bilge pump on, it is important that the switch is set in the “bilge” position to minimize battery drain. This will activate the bilge pump and shut off power to the Serial Switching and Keyless Ignition System. It is important to remember that the engine or other accessories can not be used unless the switch is in the “on” position.

Couple of questions on this old thread since I'm new to the Nautiques - (1) will the "All Off" position do the same as keeping everything shut off as the Perko battery off switch? (2) Is the "Bilge On" setting wired directly to the battery and not going through the Perko switch? so if the Perko is off the Bilge On will still work?

For question 2, no the bilge only is not attached directly to a battery. You must leave your battery switch selected to a battery for it to work.2007 SANTE 220 - ZR 6 Engine (Bought 2015)
