    rear facing removeable seat 230

Rear facing removeable seat, anyone ever ordered one AFTER purchasing their boat? I don't feel like calling my dealer and didn't see one on nautiqueparts.com I assume they're stupid expensive and I'm pretty used to seeing them in storage lockers, wondering what 230 owners think? Worth it? Are they just something in the way 50% of the time? Anyone know what they cost if not purchased with the boat? Thanks

We have one in our 230, love it! It stays in my boat all summer, plus it's a great wake to shift weight side to side if needed.
As for the cost, I've heard they're expensive, something like $1500?

we use ours 50% of the time. useful when you need the extra seats, in the way if you only have 5-6 people in the boat. as suggested, it does act as a great way to tune the wake by have the (typically) one person sitting there move. if this tells you anything, for $1500 i'd probably sell you mine i'm guessing you could have one made for much less.
