My garage is 94.5 inches. Cleared by 1/4 inch with normal ball height. You can get another 1/4 to 3/8 by lowering tongue to the ground and putting on a dolly if needed.

yes, they did a custom height for me.. took off 2.5 inches.
yes, that is the factory cover. perfect for storing in garage to keep dust out because my regular cover is tower up only
