Lots of people have been asking me question.
The lenco switches and pretty nice and look good and allow you to control the wave with 8 different settings so technically you could really refine the wave to you liking. The rams only deploy about 2 inches.
A few things I came across while installing NSS on a 2009 230.
Speaking with a few people they said to run 60 / 40 weight with your Fat Sac’s.
The videos below I had

- Platform:
- I had to raise it 2 inches to clear the rams and used 2X2X14 ( might measure the last one depending on your deck).
- Depending on how you deck mounts you might have to cut and notch the plates out to clear you platform. ( the plates move outword so clear for the movement ).
- Mounting Plates:
- Buy Extra Screws you sill strip a bunch of them to bolt on the plates.
- A few of the key mounting points I bought stainless bolts along with nylon locking nuts to drilled all the way through the hull.

- When you do this make sure you pull the carpet back, what I did was to buy the rubber 12 X 12 rubber tiles and put the rubber over the bolts then glued the carpet over the rubber. I didn’t want it to puncture my 1100 fat sac’s so I tried to make it very clean in the rear lockers.
- Wake:
Before NSS Plates- 1100 pound Fat Sac in the rear locker that we were surfing on.
- Center tank filled along with wakemakers piggyback system.
- 10.6 mph on perfect pass.

The videos below I had
- 3 pump cycles in the right rear locker
- 2 pump cycles in the left locker both bags were 1100 pound fat sac’s.
- Center Tank empty
- 10.6 mph on perfect pass.
