G23 cover side curtains?

Has anyone added side curtains to their stock cover? My boat lives on a covered boat lift with the cover on, but in the late afternoon it gets sun on the hull. I had custom curtains put on my 211 cover with zippers. They covered the hull down to the waterline, but that cover seemed to be a much heavier material. Has anyone tried it with the G cover? How did you attach it to the stock cover? Velcro, stitched on, zippers?

Here is the old 211 cover. Black hull looked brand new at 9 years old.

Would it be easier to buy a mesh screen or curtain that slides or rolls up and mount to the boathouse?

There is a G25 at my local dealer that has these, and they seem to work well. They snap on. I'll see if I can get some pictures today.

Nauty220 - I have kicked that idea around too. Definitely makes the cover a little easier to put on without all the extra fabric. Have you seen anyone do the boathouse mounted screens? Do you know what they used? I feel a recon trip to lowes coming on.....

you can find mesh screens on the internet with grommets installed. I have been contemplating threading the grommets and seeing if I could roll it toward the top. I have seen it done before and works perfect just haven't started the project
