I just got a second survey in the mail from nautique. I am not sure if that is normal. Last time I fill one of these out I got a call from the dealer yelling at me, because I rated certain areas poorly. I am not sure if I should be honest again or just lie and rate them with all 5's

I agree with KTM525, be honest and if possible, give the dealer a chance to show that what they did poorly before has been corrected.
Giving them all 5's, if not deserved, just condones what they did poorly. If given a lower than expected score, a dealer that truly wants to improve would contact you to find out what they need to do to get a better score. Yelling at you doesn't show that they're truly interested in improving. IMOPreviously: 2015 SAN 210

Yeah I was honest with them, when they confronted me with the first survey. I wasn't expecting to get yelled at and told that they can lose there dealership over it. Most companies ask how they could do better instead of yelling.
Just wasn't sure if they usually send two surveys?

I don't know what is on the survey but if the dealer was yelling at me I would make sure that was on the survey, even if they get all 5's on the 2nd go around. I would be honest and upfront with the survey. If you feel they should get a 2nd chance then give them the opportunity to correct what you feel is wrong. If they are in jeopardy of loosing their dealership then this wouldn't be their first bad survey.

Yeah, I would rate them even lower if they yelled at me. What kind of customer service is that? They should be calling and asking for feedback on how to do better.2006 SV 211 (Sold)

Why not walk in to the dealer with the survey and discuss it with the sales guy and GM. If they are lacking in an area surely they will want to elevate their service and resolve. End result: you get what you deserve and they do too.2015 G23 550

What a society we live in. It's the bad rating that loses the dealership, not the performance that justified the bad rating.
On a similar note: I'm a little taken back by Ford. They explain to me every time I'm in that if I get a survey anything but a 5 is failing. The way they present it makes me feel like they are focusing more on the survey than the performance. I understand why they do it, it just puts me off.
