New Boating Laws for IL and MI

IMO, the Michigan law makes sense.......have a beer or two but don't be stupid. The Illinois law's........a bit excessive???

What law isn't excessive in IL. The nanny state continues. All because some politician's nephew was killed because their driver was tubing in one of the busiest channels right where it goes from no wake to the open lake. He was run over by guy driving a go fast boat high on cocaine. While tragic and sad, bad decisions by both parties lead to bad outcomes. In typical Illinois politics ........let's put more laws on the books because people lack common sense.
