    Typical option on G21

    Hi gangs,

Looking to buy a G21 I would like to have your feedback on options you typically chose on pre order boat.

    Looking forward for your inputs

    Thanks

Man, you've got to give us some more info. Do you like to surf, or wakeboard ? Do you like loud music ? Fancy trailers ? Shade from the sun ? Do you need to charge your batteries ?

Heated seats are a must, you'll use this way more than you could ever imagine.

I would skip the pocket door, design package and bow fill cushion.

LED cupoholders are bling and cheap at time of order. 3X the cost if you have deler install at a later point in time.

I would see what's new for 2016.....I think you'll like a few additions that are about to be available

Your dealer ought to be able to give you an options list with list prices.

        Thank both of you
I do like shade, surfing I do not know but will purchase. For the rest I have no preference.

If you want better sound I would do that after market, otherwise order it with the boat and get the 5 year warranty. Afterward, parts are more expensive.
2013 G23 450 with NSS (175hrs) and still have the original prop
          2010 SANTE 230 343 (280hrs)
pre 2010 - various open bow boats and jet skis

Hmm, i would skip the heated seats - useless, it does not help a lot to get warm - but they are standard on the G, but the door is a must have feature for me.

The LED cup holder are cheap made, not worth to order it.

I have to disagree about the heated seat. I thought that that it was a silly option but still went for it...... And man do I love it! As you get older like I am it nice to sit in that warm seat after an early morning run. The led cup holder is really nice at night but I would have to agree with the quality not being as high as it should be.

I love my heated seats. Even when it is 110 degrees like today, when the sun goes down and the skinny 11 year old is dripping wet, she wants a spot on the heated seat. I use it more than I thought I would.

We debated the design package on another thread, I personally did not think it was worth it.

Stereos can be upgraded by a good stereo shop for a comparable or lesser price with better equipment, so I would save a few bucks there.

I don't think there will be a 'typical' option list. Some people hardly use the trailer, so they skimp on it. Mine sits on the trailer year round, so I splurged with nice rims and such.

                  Thanks for all your reply
As you gave the reasons for your choices that help me a lot to see if I might need them or not

                  Great inputs
