Base MSRP is in 130's. Built 2016 G23 off Price sheet and it was 178k. On my 2014 G21, I got ~25% off the msrp. I bought an end of season boat. Wanted to see what others have gotten off their MSRP.

I think it is clear that the spray is much lower and thrown more to the side than on my 2015, at least based on the video. That seems like a great change to me, as long as the wave and wake are not changed from what they are now. I can't wait to ride in a 2016 and see if it is noticeable or not. A big tall boat like this should really have a much drier ride than it does.

Good news of rising prices is that the value of our boats should not take as much of a hit. We are getting ready to put our boat up for sale...higher prices new are good for used pricing.

True, but puts the used ones out of reach for those of us who are looking.... Oh well.... I never planned on making that much as a fireman anyway. Happy for those that can afford it.

The upward spiral of pricing has an end point. It sure has kept 2005+ boats in a ridiculous resale situation. Doubt it will trickle down to my old 96!

Yes, they have. The new hull requires different trailer configurations.

Yeah I don't understand what many of you all are complaining about! Though it may not be a "Game Changer", It does have better features such as the dryer ride, WAY better stereo options, better engine/tranny options (although DI engines do have their own problems such as coking of the valves, prob gonna have to create a catch can for these bad boys!), a more comfortable helm seat (which I think the design is fantastic considering the stress my current XStar seat puts on me when I want to turn slightly and look back), as well as a more intuitive surf experience. While it was marketed as a "Game Changer" yet may have fell a little short of that title, the base MSRP jump in price was also short of changing! It only jumped from a base MSRP of $130k (2015), to a base MSRP of $135k. I feel that is quite suitable for the changes in the base platform!

Jeff....do you have any personal comments on the new stereo system? I am looking to order a new 2016 G23 and am excited for the new stereo options...however I will probably still just order the tower speaker prep kit with no speakers and still get some Wetsounds thrown up there.

Any information on the faster ballast fill times? If there was a faster reversible pump, I would consider replacing the ones I have. But I have not been able to see anything about a faster pump anywhere on the internet.
